What data we collect and why
Through the form in the "Join the movement" section we collect your name, email address, a link to your work and the message you choose to send. This data is used for a single purpose: to reply to your message and maintain the conversation you yourself begin. It is not used for commercial mailings or any other purpose.
Legal basis
The basis that legitimises the processing is your consent, given when you tick the corresponding box before sending the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to attend to your enquiry and, where applicable, to maintain any relationship arising from it. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties. Email is handled through the site's hosting provider. This site uses Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA, Google services that may process technical data under their own policies.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@hyperimpressionism.org. If you are resident in the EU and consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
