Hyperimpressionism is not signed. It is recognised.

It is not a club with a list of members, nor a label to be requested. It is a way of looking, and it is either shared or it is not. That is why there are no memberships to collect here, but a question to ask oneself.

Do you recognise your work in this?

If you paint seeking to let emotion pass through the surface. If your light builds rather than illuminates. If you let whoever looks complete what you did not close. If the everyday seems to you territory enough for the extraordinary.

If, on reading the manifesto, you have recognised something you were already doing without naming it, then perhaps you already work from here, even if you arrived on your own.

The style is neither granted nor owned. No permission is needed to practise it. But a movement is more than a sum of individuals: it is a conversation. And that conversation can be entered.

What it is not

We are not looking for followers of a formula or imitators of a technique. Whoever wants to replicate a finish or a material has understood the surface, not the substance. What brings this movement together is not how one paints, but where one looks from.

Nor is it a gallery or a market. Nothing is sold here, and no one is represented. It is the place where the style is thought, not where the work is traded.
